First flush:drank apple juice 3 days ate nothing. Last night took 1 tablespoon epsom salt. Nothing happened
this morning took 40z oil and 4oz lemon juice.
Nothing but quesy feeling.

so what do I do now? If I have eaten oil does that mean there is not point taking it again tonihgt or do I take Epsom Salts ?

Since ia have eaten 4oz oil today shoul I wait a day or tow days before trying again?

its all very confuisn!
