hi! i just checked out a site for yerba mate and would like to give it a try. my question - i was reading the preparation method and it sounds a little bizzare? how do you prep yours? i was planning to just put the recommended amt. into a mug, pour hot water over it and let it steep for a couple of minutes. would this be good enough to get the same benefits?
