First of all take a teaspoon of Epsom Salts and drink a large glass of water. Drink diluted juices to replenish your electrolytes. A pinch of real Sea Salt would be good too in the water.
Have you read the FAQ;s section of the forum on liver flushing?
Have you tried an enema or colonic?
I would also be taking P&B shakes to keep things moving along well for the next week.
