Go to the doctor. I don't like being a contrarian, but you need to get a conventional medical opinion to make sure your problem doesn't encompass the kidneys, spleen or pancreas, or a more menacing liver problem. You can also try Lecithin. I actually just bought my first bottle. It's supposed to be great for chronic gall bladder attacks, and can actually aid in dissolving stones. Good luck!
