The Pancrease is also under the left rib cage..but is usually hard to feel unless it is inflammed... usually dull intermitent mild 'sensations' are normal.. most likely nothing to be alarmed about... without becoming hypervigilant, just be mindful over the next couple of weeks. Even if you went to a physician with complaints of a dull occasional discomfort, I doubt if he /she could 'diagnose a problem'.
