I had posted earlier indicating poor results from my 3rd flush. A couple of late bowel movements later and more sludge and green pea sized clumps fell out.

I would guess about 30 in total with chaffe.

What I don't understand is how so much can be there. The liver and gallbladder is actually not that big. I find it hard to understand how so much can be contained inside and wonder if my body is simply constantly producing it.

If I go strictly vegetarian, in theory it should help would it not? Can someone advise if a clean vegetarian diet can help?
