I thought I was done - but now I think there is a long way to go yet.

Its reassuring to know that you went through the same thing. Anyways thanks to Andreas for saying that I wasn't done. And thanks for you to getting me to carry on!

I felt so peaceful and relaxed yesterday - something I have not felt in a long, long time. It weird - Liver Flushing doesn't necessarily produce instant results physically. But emotionally it is very powerful.
