Congrats on your great liverflush.

It seems the more people flush, the more they do different variations on the flush.

I have never read about OO (Olive-Oil) between 3 and 4 ES. But then I do one
where I eat berries and heavy cream at 7 pm and the OO/GF an hour or so later. I don't understand it, but it works.
