Today I finished my Liver Flush and it was one of the most successful that I've ever had. I have not done any in quite some time and since I have never completed this length of water fast, I had no idea what my results would be. I'm feeling particularly good and I am grateful for that. In the past, sometimes I would feel great after a flush, and sometimes terrible for a few days.

Anyway, so far I've had nothing but positive effects from the fast and I'm sure the fact that I've continued on a healthy Diet is a big part of that.
