I stopped flushing several months ago after a series of 3 really mediocre flushes getting out next to nothing. I had gotten a slight improvement in fat digestion and I thought I was done with liver flushing. Boy was I wrong!

I did #11 last night after a lay-off of many months.

The results were so-so - lots of small bits, but no large stones. Then today I did an enema. When I did my previous Liver Flushes I didn't have an enema kit.

I got out more stones, and in particular I got out one the size of a wallnut!!! This is by far the biggest thing I have gotten - the biggest before was pea-sized.

The moral of the story - don't give up - persist!
You may think you are done, but you aren't!!

Also Andreas is big on doing enemas/colonics. He says doing Liver Flushes without them is a waste of time. I couldn't agree more!!

Thanks to Johng for persuading me to flush again. And thanks to Andreas for all the wisdom and insights he provides.

JV.
