First I am not overweight now but I did 2 mocha's today. Sometimes I go on a binge like this week. I have had a mocha every day for at least the last week. I do cake when available. I'm not much of a sweets person other than mocha's. I can eat anything I want. As far as the hydrogen peroxide goes it did me no harm. Maybe mixing it with the coconut oil helped protect the lineings. Your guess is as good as mine. I only used it because I read that it creates an enviroment that candida does not like. Do a search on hydrogen peroxide for candida. Thing is I used it and I'm cured. Hate for you to waste your time by using a different formula and its not working but thats your call. I do remember I was getting cramps from the concoction I used but the end did justify the means.
