for me, pills don't work at all, the only one time that i had clear skin was during my vacation. i had more than 8 hours sleep everyday and ALL my pimples disappeared, regardless of what i ate. Sleeping is the secret. it's just that people don't realise it because they hardly have time to sleep. right now my pimples are back c0z of school and stuff.. i hardly have 7 hours of sleep.

SLEEPING IS THE BEST CURE!
