Thank you so much! Your feedback is important.

I know this forum is different from many others -- because of this, it is very hard to gauge if it is helpful because the "normal" conversations don't take place as much. Therefore, I'm always questioning whether or not I'm on track or doing the right thing. One person had asked some questions -- the conversation wasn't finished before I could give my thoughts, but this happens sometimes. I like to be conservative and avoid "diagnosing" because I don't feel it is responsible or appropriate.
