Bella gave you an even better answer then I would have...you must decide first if you are ready to let old habits go...otherwise, any amount of hopital stay wont do a thing for you...(as u r telling us)

Know that theres a bunch of people here ready to listen to you and share their experiences. Like somebody said to me today, writing how you feel can bring such a sense of relief.

Im starting an hospital outpatient programm next monday, nobody is forcing me to do so,Im glad to be going in cos I want to take control of my life again...its been a process to get there, I use to say I'd better hide in the forest then have to go through that!!
