I'm not sure if your on day 13 or 14 today but either way its an amazing acheivement,congratulations!!!!!!!!!
Your making fantastic progress and i'm so glad you were able to get through your difficult day and stay on your fast.
I'm on day six today so its a week tomorrow for me. I have only ever gotten through 2 days at most in the past but this time i have been using a subliminal mind programme on my computer to blast food cravings and boost my immune system. I think it might be working more than i ever could have imagined.
Thank You to everyone who posts on the fasting forum,i feel so supported by you all. Everyone is doing amazing things so keep up the good work guys!
