I agree~~! The one thing I feel has made the
most difference for me has been making sure
I get in plenty of plant based oils. It has
dramatically reduced any cravings. I am still
struggling with good sources of protein though
since fish, meat, and soy all seem to have
risks. I eat plenty of beans but after a big
pot of them, I want a break for a week...ggg.
Any good suggestions??
