Thanks for the information. I am spending a lot of time researching natural anti-inflammatories. So far some things that seem to help are fish oil, turmeric capsules (also great for the liver) and an enzyme product called Inflamase I get from my Naturopath when I can afford it. It contains 100mg of Bromelin which is also supposed to have strong anti-inflammatory properties. I will research the enzyme you mentioned this weekend while I'm off. I want to stay off Prednisone if at all possible, I have two friends a little older than I am who have taken it for years for auto immune disorders and it has wrecked their health, yet neither one feels she can live without it.
How is your Liver Flushing going? I wonder if our chronic problems with inflammation is one factor that is contributing to all the stones both of us seem to continue to produce?
