Yes, these things happened to me occasionally, but mostly it was no bowel movement at all for a day and sometimes 2 days.  Now I go every day for about 7 or 8 days, then one day I can't go for some reason.  The best improvements in regularity occured after one month on the mushroom extract, which reflects the results of studies on Champex.
