Darn! I was planning on duing a Liver Flush today but I forgot that I wasn't supposed to eat any fat...I had a burrito from the vending maching...yeah, I know, bad but I was hungry!! And today is friday and they always bring in donuts. So, my question is, should I continue to do my Liver Flush tonight or not? It was
