5-6 Tablespoons!!!! Are you sure you need to take as much as that. You probably could just eat a handful after each meal. At that dose I don't see why it wouldn;t be irritating your digestive tract.

The fennel is probably knocking out some of the bacteria in your gut. Bacteria is what makes your stool smell. Different foods feed different bacteria and thus the oder is different.
