You mentioned in your message about the "painful cystic bumps that hang aroung for weeks and sometimes never surface". I just started getting these and they are very painful on my chin. Mine won't go away. Some have been there for months. How long did it take for yours to go away? Did they just shrink up eventually or what? Did they leave any scars? Can you do anything for them?
