Hi

Currently been on a Anti-Candida diet for 2 months now. Been taking probiotics for two months also and a herbal(candiclear) for a month. I'm gettin better but at a really slow pace (considering i have had candida "only" 2 years)

What other suggestions would you reccommend and whats the best way to going about (cleansing programs). Should i wait longer before thinking about them or should i go ahead with them asap ?
