Hi I dont think there is anything wrong with taking the herabl tinctures. Schulze usually puts any warnings on his labels anyway. He has a lot of info on his site as well. Depression will ease if you read about everything they say, and do the changes in the diet.also depends on what other sympotoms there are as well.
