High on water, I have been having bad headaches daily since my 23rd Liver Flush in June this year. I tried the salt idea you recommended and it has worked so far. It seems so simple !! I decided to put my Sea Salt in capsules and Ive take 5 today so far. My headache is very much under control and Im hoping goes away completely as I plan to take these caps as needed. 5 caps is a teaspoon. I cant believe I am so deficient in salt!! Anyway, thank you SO much for this suggestion.
