Hello,
I'm assuming your initial reason for using the vitamin E is for ulcerative colitis. If this is the case realize that you are using the synthetic vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopherol) and not the recommended natural vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol). Just wanted to point it out just in case.
