woohoo that sounds great! I've had it a bit difficult today. I've been cleaning up inside and out preparing for an inspection from the landlords this weekend and that might be catching up with me. Also the detox into my gut has been super foul I'm hoping that doesn't last too long! I always seem to feel a bit of relief towards the end of the day though luckily, like my body is shutting down ready to sleep and not being too busy with the crappy stuff it's been doing the rest of the day. I'm off now to have a nice hot shower which I religiously enjoy each day on my fast. :)
