thank you! I downloaded Dr. Hay's book from this site. I've been eating a plant based diet for a long time, but do eat some grains, and probably too much of them. My friend is excited that Iodine might be a big missing piece for her. I do hope it helps. I think she is going to do the urine test and take Iodoral, whatever it is that Dr. Brownstein recommends.
