I don't have any cysts right now, but had one that got infected on my chest a few years back - however i wanted to share this story because it may work for someone else. My sister in law had a small cyst on the thin skin right around the nipple on her breast, I guess it was the size of a pea. Nothing she put on it seemed to work in helping her to get it to open up, but it wasn't infected so she just left it alone. Unfortunately, it kept getting bigger and was starting to look obvious. I suggested trying apple cider vinegar, since I had heard it was good for skin blemishes and exfoliating.

She put a few drops on it twice a day and then covered it with a bandaid for a few days. Then she freaked out on me cause the skin over the cyst became irritated and sort of burned looking. Within a day it dried to a thin scab, and then two days later she went to peel the scab off and the plug of the cyst came off with it, enabling her to squeeze everything out. All gone! She had no pain at all, just a slight irritated feeling during the time that she used the vinegar. And I think we will all agree that the nipple is a sensitive area.

Well, that is the story. Vinegar is an acid, I am assuming it burned off the thin skin over the cyst, or at least the area that used to be the pore. Of course it may come back, but the whole process of getting rid of it took about a week.
