Are you still on the macrobiotic diet? That was the first thing I came across when I thought I was dying and it had a dramatic impact on my health to where I got back to work and regained my energy. I still try to stay on it but it's hard to follow it completely. Do you have the same problem? I have noticed with the Iodine I can eat more foods that bothered me before and now I can tolerate them better.
