so, by repeatedly ingesting calcium one is provided with temporary relief, over and over and over. At what point is this relief halted, or does one have to keep upping the dose, or...? point of diminishing returns...?

"Substance P is involved in the transmission of pain impulses from peripheral receptors to the central nervous system. It has been theorized that it plays a part in fibromyalgia. Capsaicin has been shown to reduce the levels of Substance P probably by reducing the number of C-fibre nerves or causing these nerves to be more tolerant."
~veeeery interesting:) Hey, there's a connectiion of fluoride to fibromyalgia! Calcium binds with fluoride!
anyway, reading that passage in Reich re-validated the beneficial effects of Z-water.
