Well, sore throat for two days, now clogged head and drippy nose... I am taking ginger caps, lots of C & Bs, did salt water gargles, and along with lots of liquids I try to sleep... And of course iodining and pot chloride pushing myself.
I suspect this is the major 'three month' mark detox of making huge changes in one's life. I began Iodine in June.
Emotionally I feel fabulous very perky so, I know it is really detox for me.

When I went macro the last time in 1995 I was in detox for over a solid month.. no matter what I did - could not speed it up, could not slow it down. When it passed I felt like a new baby!
The body rules and knows what it is doing. So, I am trusting.
