If it wasn't for Earth Clinic, I would've never discovered this forum.

Sesame and Sunflower oils are recommended, although many here are using walnut, apricot, olive, coconut, and other exotic oils.

Canola Oil is a huge no-no. Steer clear of that nasty stuff!

Canola is an industrial by-product, never meant for human consumption. Derived from rapeseed (ick).
