After 9/11, Larry Ellison of the Oracle Corporation, offered to donate technology to develop a National ID of all legal U.S. residents that included a biometric facial recognition photo and/or digitized thumbprint. Congressional hearings were held and it was decided that they would NOT do this because of 'civil liberties issues'. When Congress created the Dept. of Homeland Security, they made it clear that the agency could not create a national ID system. September 2004, then DHS Secretary Tom Ridge reiterated "the legislation that created the Dept. of Homeland Security was very specific on the question of a national ID card. They said there will be no national ID card"
Then, on May 11, 2005, attached to a military spending bill, Congress passed the Real ID Act, H.R. 1268. It requires states DMV's to include on driver's license, name, DOB, residence and biometric identification to share with a national database under control of the Dept. of Homeland Security. This is to be implemented by May 2008.

The best way to destroy the RFID's is to get the public aware so they refuse to accept them! First it's a driver's license, next thing you know it's an implant in your hand that you swipe over a scanner to make a transaction. This is another way to tag people like the Nazi tattoos, just technologically advanced. The corrupt elite want this! They have been planning this for years! I will never as long as I live allow them to tag me or my children.
And as for the North American Union, once we lose our sovereignty as a nation we will really be under control of the elite. Most slaves do not need chains to keep them in line, only fear and intimidation are needed for control.
