I agree, 46892.

In fact it is a basic belief of mine to pay attention to only what I am 'for'.

Paying attention to the other always gets me more of what I DON'T want.

I believe it is a matter of focus.

Of course cheese is not my enemy...it is just not what I need right now...at least, not the cheese I have been eating.

In the past couple of days I have been contemplating the two opinions...

...Constipation cannot be overcome until the liver is clean, and,

...One should not do a oo/grapefruit/ES liver cleanse until the bowels are functioning well.

Currently I am seeking information on the small intestine.

It is a puzzle. And I will solve it. I am quite good at untangling things...it just takes me a while.
