Trapper, I appreciate your advice... However, I wonder if I gave you the impression I'm looking for shortcuts and haven't done any homework...? I have to say I've spent many hours on Curezone over the past 6 or 8 years reading, learning, and making myself a little crazy tying to make sense of the often conflicting information, so I try not to surf it as addictively as I have in the past. It's also not my only source of information, so I spend time reading elsewhere, and I've come a long way. My husband actually thought all my hours on Curezone were making me worse - fixating on the physical, more time on the computer rather than out in the sunshine moving my lymph or spent on spiritual practice, etc.

I've learned a lot, implemented much of it with some success and some failure, but also realized I was getting obsessed with the details of my health during all this research, and since I work on the computer all day and then was spending a good portion of my free time reading up on Curezone, I realized I wasn't living in a balanced way, with life whizzing by me while I got buried in dissecting everything. Lately I'm focusing more on the mind-body connection, since that's a piece I've long ignored and probably the most important to healing.

Presently, I can't allow myself to read absolutely everything as thoroughly as I would like to. So, as to the practice of skimming.... if it doesn't look like it applies or doesn't ring the intuitive bell, I have to move on.
