I can see you know a lot about TG. Yes, I agree w/ you on the biliary obstructions causing high TG and cholesterol. I really agree, if you blow that stuff out your lipids will normalize.

Flush free niacin, or Easy Niacin is over-the-counter. You can get it at Walmart or Walgreen's etc. I took 500mg twice a day, no side effects at all for me. After losing the weight and cleaning up my diet I finally weened myself off of lipitor and niacin. Things seem to be working OK. I still take Fish oil and Cholestyramine (which binds up excess bile acids). The difference has been pretty dramatic for me, though I still have the occasional bad day where I'm not feeling great.
