My oil pulling results of the day, day 3 ... a pimple on my back... (I dont get them on my back).. and some sinus goo while pulling so i spit and started over ...
my eyes are stinging as if oil was near on the skin...

I put some oil on my feet and socks.. Feet detox with oil also.
