I've had an issue with cold hands & feet for years and it's getting progressively
worse,i've read somewhere that cayenne does wonders for the circulation but the
problem with that is my stomach can't handle the cayenne pepper having done 5
days of the Master Cleanse.Ever since the five days of cayenne and lemon my throat
aggravates quite easily now even though i'd like to add cayenne daily.Does anyone
have any thoughts?Dr.Sutter i'm still waiting for the dewormer and LBB and i was
thinking will these herbs cause havoc to my irratated esophagus?It doesn't seem to
matter much nowadays what i eat it seems to make my throat sore!Any insights?
