Just wondering how many feel the few days of apple juice is necessary before the actual flush?

I've been doing lots of reading and can't decide whether to do it. I have purchased some malic acid and plan to take that but I personally don't care for fruit juices and the concentration of fructose makes me ill.

As of now my plan is to take the malic acid today and tomorrow and start the flush per Clark's protocol tomorrow--sound ok?
by the way, this is my first flush and I'm very excited to see the results!
