Hi Anja,

I started off with low doses of the detoxified Iodine from
http://www.iodinesources.com.
Then I started using Lugols ordered on amazon and iodoral from breastcancerchoices.org. I have been on at least 50 mgs a day of one of these forms of Iodine for over 3 months. I am going to order the Iodine loading test from breastcancerchoices.org for both myself and my sister to find out if I am still iodine deficient.
