Excellent article! And I would also bet colon cancer is another risk as well.

Especially since many pepple are inderictly overweight because of sluggish digestion and elimination --which slows metabolism and causes weight gain.

Not having a healthy amount of bowel movements daily means alot of that waste is fermenting in the colon and encouraging polyps --which can eventually turn cancerous.
