I usually do it around 4 PM, after I've taken all my antifungals. Then after I start the pooping and it's all over with, I flood my body with probiotics! It's working pretty well so far, although the Liver Flush will cause you to feel extremely sick for 24 hours afterwards. But it's worth it, because it is triggering your healing mechanisms and flushing out your intestines/colon/liver!
