My husband has been out of town since Wednesday and none of my TV sets have even been on. I have not felt the slightest urge to watch anything. Also, I haven't even been on my computer very much, either, and it's been great. Dr. Mercola has a great article about being on the computer too much and not gaining anything from being on the computer. I agree with him.

What I have been doing is reading a book and watching tons of hummingbirds outside my kitchen window.

What a life.
