Most all Natural approaches to health care, maintenance and recovery, have been mostly suppressed by Mainstream Medicine as quackery, even though much of it is more effective in treating disease and/or preventing it.
It is because of this unwarranted prejudice that people like me are so anti-Big Pharma, AMA and so on.
An unbiased partnership between the two would be most welcome for everyone as there is good and bad in both, it is just that mainstream will not even consider Natural Alternatives.
One example: Big Pharma spend MORE on advertising than they do on RESEARCH. So what does that tell you?
I feel that the tide is slowly turning and only time will tell.
