I have a 7 month old and would like to nurse exclusively for the first year but am worried about iron depletion. Is there something natural to suppliment with? Would Organic Blackstrap molasses be ok? She is not interested in eating and would like to give the best start but am told she already could be low in iron.
Any ideas or suggestions welcome.
