No, woggie doggie - which is quite different from a woogie doggie, but very close to a doggie woggie.

I would not worry at all about giving more of the colloidal silver than a teaspoon - it is not really toxic in any amount.  Normally colloidal silver should be taken with a pro-biotic, but I am not familiar with pro-biotics for animals.

I cannot imagine a need for prednisone beyond a maximum of a month, but that is just my opinion and based on my concerns for possible lasting side effects which can result from long term use of steroids.
