If you just want a good cleanse while not doing the liver flush, this is what I do. I take about 1-2 teaspoons of castor oil (more like one) first thing in the morning. Then I drink nothing but warm water for the next hour or two. Then I start flushing. After I flush the oil, then I start eatinig. It kills the morning, but it is easier for me to do it this way since I am taking less of the castor oil. Hope this helps. (You might need to adjust amt. of C/O to your liking)
