I would venture to say that I would not do every day.
I'm not confident that much probiotic flora would be lost.

Also , being regular would be a plus.

As far as the kidney's needing cleaning if it doesn't come
out the colon...hmmm. I think plain h2o is still the one of best
for that-beet juice even better.
