At first I thought it was The Elephant Man's Disease, which I found was neurofibromatosis, so I posted in the neurology forum.  But, after reading more..I found that was a wrong diagnonsis and is really Proteus syndrome.  Then, I read and discovered the symptoms didn't really fit so I kept searching.  I think it could be Lipoma, a benign tumor:
