Well, she is not new to having or raising cows, but she has not had a dairy cow, although her husband was around them alot, she is not going to do anything to this milk, , the milk is pretty much just for me and the calf, she may make some butter but thats it, she tells me I should boil the milk before I drink it, I am the one who wants a source of raw mild, because I am not close t any organic farms and I cant even afford organic milk, she will give the milk to me for free, or really cheap.
